the machine can hold 20 or 40 sputum cup samples at one time. it supports cyclic sample loading and can process 30 samples on average within 60 minutes with outstanding bacterial enrichment effect.

the equipment automatically adds digestive solution and performs sample shaking with cyclic sample loading supported.

after digestion, liquid can be automatically transferred to the staining system for filtration and staining. 1-4ml digested sputum sample can be processed. the instrument can automatically detect filter clogging and take corresponding measures.

the staining system supports reagent heating for mycobacterium acid-fast staining, and the whole staining process can be finished within 13.5 minutes at minimum.

one set of 500ml reagents can be used for 500 samples.

the sputum digestion shaking system and slide filtering staining system are independent, and sample transfer is completed by mechanical manipulator.

ziehl-neelsen staining method can be selected for mycobacterium tuberculosis, and corresponding staining protocols can be configured for other samples.

slides will be automatically stored in slide rack after staining.

optional pre-encoding of consumables enables automatic sample matching by the machine to avoid errors.

optional configuration is available for connection with scanning devices.
